Customers are advised to check the stock list prior to ordering goods from our on line store. Normal delivery time for 'in stock' items is around 3 days. However, as current line stock is depleted, replacement items are added to the batches which are submitted to the manufacturers periodically. As a result the delivery time may be as much as six weeks for items that have sold out. The stock lists for each of the product categories will be updated daily to relect the current status of stock, but very occasionally an item may sell out prior to the list being updated and subsequently an order may be placed for stock which has actually sold out. In any event of orders being placed for out of stock items, Scotti Knights will notify the purchaser by email and provide an estimated delivery date and an option to purchase an similar item or have their order cancelled and all monies refundied.
